Professional Knife PhotographySince I am a photographer and an apprentice knifemaker, blending the two was a natural progression. Below are some examples of my work in this area. I shoot knives on a custom-built light table using a variety of lighting, backgrounds and props. I shoot with a Sony DSC-F828 8-Megapixel camera with a Carl Ziess lens for optimum quality. Custom backgrounds, insert photos, effects, text and digital treatment can be added at your request using Adobe Photoshop. Original photos are 3264 x 2448 pixels and are suitable for photo-quality printing at any size up to 20 x 30 inches. Please bear in mind that the photos on this web site have been reduced in size and resolution so that they will load faster on the web page.
